‘the big 5’ personality traits

i’m a nineteen year old autistic DID system with significant depression & mild ADHD

why am i bringing this up before anything else? because, contradictory to how most other disabled folks feel, my disorders do define me. there isn’t a trait of mine, a behavior i exhibit, or a thought i’ve had that wasn’t:

A. directly caused by one of my mental health conditions

B. an indirect result of a symptom that i have due to one or more of my disorders

plus, my entire identity (as a headmate & therefore in general) IS my personality, and my personality is the one i have as a headmate, which is… something that i can’t avoid mentioning if i’m having an interaction that becomes even remotely conversational. essentially, i cannot be separated from my disorders
